Online registration is currently closed. Click here to download a copy of the registration form to complete and bring to the Congress. Please do not fax or mail registration forms to IPTA. All registration will be processed on-site at the Congress.
Members of IPTA can register for the meeting at reduced rates. You can become a member of IPTA and register at the reduced registration rate by completing the Membership Section on the registration form and submitting the form with membership and registration payment. As a member of the IPTA you will receive a subscription to the journal, Pediatric Transplantation, a discussion list for all pediatric transplant professionals, and access to the member's only section on the IPTA website. REGISTRATION FEES:
The Congress registration fee includes all educational and Congress related activities, April 18 to April 21, with the exception of the Post Graduate Course and the Gala Dinner. The Post Graduate Course fee is US $150. The Gala Dinner event fee for the delegate is US $75.

Online registration is currently closed. Payments must be made by credit card. Registrations submitted online are not considered complete until payment is processed. Confirmation of your registration will be emailed prior to the Congress. You can pick up your badge and other meeting materials when you arrive at the Congress.
FAX
Register for the Congress and apply for membership in the IPTA by faxing the registration form with the membership section completed to the IPTA Registration Manager (001) 856-439-0525 (USA). Please be sure all information is complete including name, address and credit card information. Requests without credit card payment will not be processed.
MAIL
Register for the Congress and apply for membership in the IPTA by mailing registration form with the membership section completed to the IPTA Registration Manager. Include credit card payment or a check* payable to IPTA and mail to:

Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.
Accompanying Persons
Tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased at the time you register. Tickets will provide access to the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner. Tickets for persons age 12 to adult are US $160, for children ages 5–11 the cost is US $50.
Confirmation of Registration
Confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed prior to the meeting. You can pick up your badge and other meeting materials when you arrive at the meeting.
Payment
Acceptable payment forms include: checks made payable to the IPTA (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars), VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without accompanying full payment will be returned for completion. Registrations will not be processed without payment. Payment for online registration is by credit card only.
Cancellations/Refunds
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the IPTA office on or before March 20, 2009. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a US $50 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the meeting. There will be no refunds issued for requests received after March 20, 2009.
