Physicians

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the Institute for the Advancement of Human Behavior, A Medical Education Company (IAHB-AMEDCO) and the International Pediatric Transplantation Association (IPTA).  IAHB-AMEDCO is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

IAHB-AMEDCO designates this educational activity for a maximum of 37.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

International CME Accreditation

The American Medical Association has determined that physicians not licensed in the US who participate in this CME activity are eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.

Nurses

This course is co-provided by Amedco and the International Pediatric Transplantation Association.  Amedco, St Paul, MN, is an approved provider of nursing continuing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval Program Committee, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.  34.5 contact hours.  CA: Amedco approved by the CA Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #CEP13683, for 34.5 contact hours.

Satisfactory Completion

Nurse participants must have paid the registration fee, attended entire sessions and completed an evaluation form in order to receive a certificate of completion/attendance.  Participants who do not fulfill these requirements will not receive a certificate.  Certificates will be available online after the meeting.

Transplant Coordinators

Category 1 Continuing Education Points for Transplant Coordinators (CEPTCs) have been applied for through the American Board for Transplant Certification (ABTC).

Continuing education certificates for all disciplines listed above will be available online.  After the Congress log on to www.cmecertificateonline.com  and complete the questionnaire to receive your certificate.
