IPTA COMMITTEES AND GOAL STATEMENTS
Allied Health Professional Committee
Function: The Allied Health Professional Committee focuses on uniting the allied health community to develop programs of interest and creating a forum to exchange clinical experiences worldwide.

Education Committee
Function: The Education Committee is responsible for expanding the Society’s educational activities. Committee members are responsible for organizing the IPTA Congress Post Graduate Course and planning pediatric symposia at other meetings. They also make recommendations about the educational needs of the Society members.

Membership Committee
Function: The Membership committee monitors member trends and provides assistance with membership recruitment and retention. This committee also looks to explore new member benefits and reviews and proposes revisions to the membership criteria as needed.

Outreach Committee
Function: The Outreach Committee oversees all phases of the Outreach Program. This includes reviewing and evaluating applications, performing onsite needs assessments, and working with selected centers to further develop their programs.

Publications Committee
Function: The Publications Committee provides oversight on all publications including the journal, newsletter and website. This committee is responsible for generating ideas for journal content, improving efficiency and reviewing the structure of the editorial board.
